ABOUT DANIEL

With over 20+ years of experience as a safety professional, Daniel has a proven track record of assisting businesses in improving their safety and health management systems through program reviews, training, hazard identification and OSHA compliance.

Starting out his career as a Safety Consultant for the Oklahoma Department of Labor OSHA Consultation Division, Daniel later would become the Assistant Director for the Office. During his tenure with Department of Labor, Daniel would conduct over 1000+ audits with clients in many different industries throughout the State of Oklahoma.

With 20 years of leadership experience, Jeremiah has demonstrated a remarkable ability to create and lead high-performing teams. He holds a steadfast belief that the alignment and success of any team begins with the prioritization of trust built on both physical and psychological safety for all stakeholders. This philosophy of establishing high levels of trust has been a cornerstone of his approach, driving him to develop comprehensive strategies that foster innovative, cohesive, safe working environments.

    Safety coaching, on the other hand, is a targeted service focused on improving individual and team safety behaviors and practices within an organization.   • Yes, safety coaching can be effectively implemented remotely or virtually using various digital platforms and tools.
